Use of this website constitutes an agreement between you as the user of the service (“user”) and Manatee County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (“County "). User agrees to be bound by these terms.

Conditions of Use. County provides these services to user for convenience, which are subject to the conditions stated below in these terms. Every time user visits this website and uses its services user accept the following conditions. County strongly recommends all users to read these terms carefully.

Privacy Policy. Manatee County, as a governmental entity, conducts public business and records related to the business of Manatee County that are generally available for public review under Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. At the same time, there are exceptions to the public’s right to access public records based on the privacy of individuals.

When visiting this website, no information is collected and stored about the user unless user provides personally identifiable information. Any personally identifiable information that user provides on the website will be used to respond to user’s request or to analyze trends.

On any page that requires user to submit personally identifiable information, user is affirmatively consenting to its further use. Content published on this website (digital downloads, images, texts, graphics, logos) is the property of the Manatee County Department and/or its content creators and is protected by international copyright laws. The entire compilation of the content found on this website is the exclusive property of the Manatee County Probation Department, with copyright authorship for this compilation by the Manatee County Probation Department.

Additional Terms. In addition to these terms, the Policies & Disclaimers as found at https://www.mymanatee.org/government/policies___disclaimers shall apply. Any conflict between these terms and the Policy & Disclaimers, the Policy & Disclaimers shall control.

Communications. The entire communication with the County is electronic. Every time user sends an email or visit the website, user is communicating with County. User hereby consent to receive communications from County. User also agrees and acknowledges that all notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications County provides to user electronically meet the legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

Disclaimer Regarding Accuracy of Information. Users of this website are advised that information contained within the pages are believed to be accurate. However, errors can occur even with computer generated information. County makes no representation regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of such information and data or that such information and data will be error-free.

Indemnity. User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Manatee County and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officials, officers, and agents harmless from all liability, claims, losses, expenses, or demands, including attorney’s fees that results from the user’s violation of the terms and conditions herein or the use of the services, any content, or information provided at this website.

User shall defend Manatee County against any claim, demand, suit, or proceeding brought against Manatee County by a third party alleging that the use of any service or content in breach of this agreement, infringes or misappropriates third parties’ intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL COUNTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL AND EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, ARISING FROM THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS WEB SITE OR FROM ANY INFORMATION, SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH THIS WEB SITE.

Changes. Manatee County, in its sole discretion, may modify these terms, or add or remove terms at any time and such modifications, additions, or deletions shall be effective immediately upon positing, Manatee County may change, discontinue, add, or alter any aspect, feature, or service of this website at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any action to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida.

License and Site Access. County grants user a limited license to access and use this website. User is not allowed to download or modify it.

User Account. If user owns an account on this website, user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of user’s private details (including, but not limited to, username and password). User is responsible for all activities that occur under users account or password. In the event of any violation of the terms contained herein, County reserves the right to suspend, terminate, either temporary or permanently, any and all services provided. County reserves all rights to terminate accounts, edit, or remove content and cancel orders at County’s sole discretion.
